BEST PART OF THE JOB - Being able to be a positive light during a dark time for someone.
WHAT I DO - I work in conjunction with the Regional Managers to ensure excellent customer service to all adjusters and policyholders.  I oversee all aspects of our Operations for the Western half of the United States.
FEAR OF - Heights, clowns, and birds.
WEIRDEST HABIT - Food on my plate cannot touch and I eat one thing at a time, rotating my plate clockwise
