BEST PART OF THE JOB - I love that I’m part of an organization that makes a difference in so many people’s lives.
WHAT I DO - I work in conjunction with the Regional Managers to ensure stellar service to all adjusters and policyholders.  I oversee all aspects of our operations for the Eastern half of the United States.
WEIRDEST HABIT - I keep a can of bubbles in my office and blow them when I get stressed out.
